All artworks are shipped from the studio in Malmö, Sweden, and shipping is offered worldwide.
Delivery times will depend on location, although we hope this helps you as a reference:
- 3 to 5 working days for orders shipped to Sweden.
- 4 to 10 working days for EU orders.
- 7 to 12 working days for orders outside the EU.
We aim to deliver within the above time frames and items rarely go missing, so if you haven’t received your order by then please contact us so we can open an investigation with the courier.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will depend on shipping location and weight.
If for any unlikely reason your item arrives damaged or you’re not satisfied with it, you can return it within 14 days of receipt to be eligible to a full refund.
You can email us to magoz@magoz.com and we’ll inform you about all the necessary retuning instructions.
Each print is securely packed and delivered in cardboard tubes to ensure protection. Bear in mind that prints are shipped unframed.
In order to recognise an original artwork by Magoz, each print and drawing is signed and numbered by the artist.
